The white wine Iphöfer Ortswein Scheurebe Kabinett trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Hans Wirsching has been rated in 2016 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Franconia in Germany.
Yeasty, spicy, grainy broth, with air also fruity, guava, passion fruit. Elegant and homogeneously flowing on the palate, delicately staged with playfulness, subtle minerality and a delicate thread of acidity. Good length despite the rather restrained volume.
