It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Franconia in Germany.
Aromas primarily of Keuper, and only secondarily of Pinot Gris. Smoky, limestone, bitter herbs. On the palate a delicate phenolics structure, the alcohol is hardly noticeable, the palate is so full-bodied and mineral, but there is also a layer of suppleness and subtly sweet fruit. A very individual terroir Pinot Gris.
