Riesling on Keuper: typical varietal aromas such as peach and apricot on the nose, but also a dark, savoury minerality. Juicy on the palate thanks to a slightly sweetish extract, in particular showing some grapefruit alongside a herbaceousness in the mid-palate which is the defining feature alongside that minerality.
