A smoky-mineral Riesling scent emerges from the glass, notes of lemon balm and grated lemon peel. In the mouth, the wine reveals a tight, semi-dry balance, its tension and freshness qualify as a true Kabinett, on a stylistically quite individual level between dry and feinherb: this is, so to speak, a Franconian, dry-sweet Kabinett.
