A spicy and savoury minerality combines with green apple, sugar snap peas, freshly shelled peas, crisp apricot and bright flowers on the nose. Opens up on the palate with a vivid and straightforward acidity, slightly salty and citrusy undertones, then the savoury minerality takes over the baton. Not too long, yet impressive.
