Ethereal and herbal aromas of sour cherries, blackberries, sloe, juniper, dried herbs and mint. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with a well-integrated acid vein lending tension. The finely mealy tannins provide the framework for fruit and savouriness. Full-bodied in the extract but slender in the flow, it's very elegant.
