The sekt Pinot brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Hauck has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Cream-coloured. A very clear, nuanced Blanc de Noirs aroma, small red berries, accompanied by a light yeasty note. Juicy, lean, elegant on the palate, has depth, still youthful mousse, with a subtle fruit and acidity, a transparently structured Pinot saprkling wine that is very clear in all its components.
