Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Opulent and multi-layered aroma with ripe fruit, black cherry, mulberry, cassis, dark pipe tobacco, clove, ink. Also generous on the palate with lots of substance, integrated substance with mellow tannins on a smooth background, good tension, soft acidity, slight spiciness due to the strong alcohol. Good length.
