The white wine »Réserve« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Hauck has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The ageing in wood is noticeable on the nose, roasted aromas combine with blackcurrant, ripe mango and yellow pepper. Broad structure on the palate with a soft texture, full-bodied and with substance. Mature, mellow phenolics, juicy, stable acidity and a good length.
