The white wine »Réserve« Bermersheim Klosterberg Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Hauck has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The fruit still hides a bit behind the dark flavours from the wood ageing. Pear and quince lift their heads. On the palate, an ambitious wine with substance and integrated alcohol, sweet pear, generous, dense in fruit and with good length.
