The pét nat »Pet Nat« brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Heinrichshof has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Rivaner, Weißburgunder from the region Moselle in Germany.
Straw yellow and cloudy, as befits a Pet Nat. The aroma is also dominated by yeasty notes, including caramel and black pepper. The palate is taut and dynamically fresh, with a savoury aroma. An equally tart and hearty pleasure.
