The pét nat »Pet Nat« brut, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Heinrichshof has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Rivaner from the region Moselle in Germany.
Flows nicely cloudy into the glass, plenty of yeast in the aromatics, apple, apple skin, pear, peach, white pepper. Mouth-filling on the palate with a soft texture and a good shot of carbonic acid that sets the tone, tart apple, grippy phenolics, animating.
