Tasting Notes
Sour cherry juice, beetroot, hints of gingerbread and animalistic undertones, after aeration also liquorice, rose and wild herbs. Taut construction on the palate, soft foundation and then a rich dose of firm but phenolically very ripe tannins. It is a wine with great tension, but also charm, and with high, especially fruity, aromatic potential.
