An expressive ethereality, vivid mature aromas, tobacco, smoke, campfire, coffee beans, liquorice, dark spices, roasted Szechuan pepper and beef jerky. Aromatic on the palate, well-integrated tannins, a juicy, elegant acidity, fresh and light. Brilliant with heavy, smoky, roasted dishes.
