The white wine »Reserve« Tiefenbach Pinot Gris trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Heitlinger has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Gris from the region Baden in Germany.
Brilliant bronze rosé in the glass. Lush, smoky aroma, red flowers, small red berries, coffee, wild mushroom, blood orange, red pepper, still somewhat yeasty. Lots of flavour and savouriness on the palate, with a tart lactic note in the background, salty and mineral with a cool length. Exciting food wine.
