The white wine NV »Grapes of Glory Weiss« from the winery Christian Hirsch Weine e.K. has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc, Sauvitage from the region Württemberg in Germany.
On the nose: honeydew melon, black pepper and red pithy paprika, also menthol. The palate has an almost viscous power, fullness and creaminess with dense, long-lasting acidity. Stately extract gives length. Not a vintage, but "aged reserve" according to the back label.
