Dense and multi-layered on the nose, citrus fruit, chamomile blossom, red pithy pepper, yellow apple and apple skin, dried herbs, subtle vanilla. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, yet elegant, dense, texture with lively acidity, fine phenolics round off.
