Aroma of peach and elderflower, ripe pear, Mirabelle plum and some mango. Lively acidity on the palate, gripping, grippy phenolics, savouriness, crisp citrus fruit, lime, grapefruit, a hint of nutmeg, accessible, fresh finish.
