The white wine »Kernstück« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut H.J. Ernst has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Scheurebe, Goldmuskateller, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Fragrant: elderflower, black currant, pear compote and a touch of blossom honey. The mouth reveals a rather slender structure, juicy, ripe in acidity, adjusted in residual sugar to emphasise the spiciness and maintain the drinking flow.
