Tasting Notes
There is a subtle fine oak spiciness, as well as nougat, and restrained varietal aromas. It is rich and soft on the palate, yet focused and does not spread to broadly, and has a completely unobtrusive and dense minerality. It also has a trace of (extract) sweetness which points the way to its eventual maturity development.
