The rosé »Just Hellrot« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Horst Sauer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Dornfelder , Domina, Schwarzriesling from the region Franconia in Germany.
Raspberry pink in the glass. Fruity on the nose, raspberries, strawberries, red currants, rose petals. On the palate, juicy red fruits with noticeable sweetness and refreshing carbonic acid, well-integrated acidity, fine savouriness, salty in the aftertaste, balanced, coherent in itself, a wine for balmy summer evenings in convivial company.
