It has a deep dark ruby colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. On the nose it is subtly balsamic, with hints of amarena cherry, and rum raisin. On the palate it is substantial, with some caramel, ripe plum, vivid tannins, and nice sweet fruit on the finish, and it is already accessible.
