Smoky notes on the nose, coriander seed, toasted sesame, herbal, rather restrained in fruit expression, some pear and apricot. Demanding on the palate, uncompromisingly dry, the acidity is lively and cultured, fine phenolics, extract-carried substance in fine resolution, apple peel, green walnut, mineral primed, long finish.
