The white wine »Villa Neus Blanc« trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut J. Neus has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Light spontaneous nose, with aromas of lime blossom and lilac, apricot, green apple, delicately smoky, with air also candied fruit. Very fine texture, ideal depth of extract, tart, savoury phenolic grip, mineral length. Goes well on its own, but also with summery dishes.
