Dark ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Subtle woody savouriness, a hint of plums and candied orange peel, blackberries and liquorice. Juicy, tightly meshed, red forest berry confit on the finish, supporting tannins, chocolaty aftertaste, a powerful food wine with good ageing potential.
