Light in colour, finely nuanced on the nose, blossom, apple, stone fruit, some lime zest, stony hints. On the palate, the precise and razor-sharp acidity skilfully leads the way, fine mineral and citrus notes, very fine phenolics, exciting and yet delicately elegant.
