Fine yeast aromas, also a bit smoky with herbal, apple, pear and also pomelo notes, bread dough and wet stone. Lean, compact structure, tidy on the palate with nice juiciness and an acidity that brings freshness and maturity. The wine has a fine savouriness and minerality.
