The red wine »Lebenskünstler«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Johannes Zang has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Dornfelder , Domina from the region Franconia in Germany.
Rich, opaque, slightly matt, blackberry red. Initially quite restrained on the nose, then warm malty notes, meaty aromas and a touch of toasted cereal. Juicy on the palate, intense, with lots of structure, wonderfully fresh and elegant acidity, beautiful drinking flow with a hearty finish.
