Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Golden orange with amber reflections. Very complex nose of quince jelly, mirabelle plum and marzipan, plus puff pastry and nut butter, smoky and reductive notes as well as citrus fruits, lime blossom and verbena. Emphatically dry, with fine sandy tannins that pleasantly coat the palate. Salty lemon, quince and alpine herbs on the palate. Finely woven, elegant and multi-layered.
