Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.03.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Still youthful and undeveloped on the nose, but already intense: with notes of raspberry brandy, nougat and herbal bitters. Finely extracted tannin: The tannin is ripe and fine-grained, radiates firmness and freshness, but also juices well and has neither green nor astringent notes. The wine also has proportion and style in other respects: the structure is compact, the acidity carries without being overpowering, the use of wood is not too pronounced, and there is also the certain potential for fruity and savoury development. An all-round success. Value for money!
