Tasting Notes
On the nose, a subtle, yet not excessively ripe Riesling spiciness, a hint of yeast, lemon balm and meadow herbs. A very fine mousse on the palate, quite lean, piquant with a crisp acidity and restrained sweetness, a pleasant freshness and good length. You wouldn't give this sparkling wine seven or eight years on the lees, it is so vital. A very good accompaniment to food.
More about the tastingNuanced and yeasty, gradually adding a ripe Riesling spiciness. On the palate a cultivated mousse, stable, well-integrated acidity and a fresh, delicate finish that remains homogeneous for a long time. Very restrained dosage - which is good for the wine!
