Bright pink in colour. Piquant aromas of rosehip and wild strawberry, hints of sandstone. Juicy on the palate, with good tension, ripe acidity, a slightly textured minerality and hints of redcurrant, still slightly yeasty on the finish. Not young, but fresh!
