Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe berry confit delicately underlaid with liquorice and vanilla, fine herbal spice. Medium complexity, ripe cherries, fine acid structure, delicate nougat on the finish, mineral aftertaste.
