Pale golden yellow in colour, with slightly green nuances. Subtle oak on the nose, honey notes, nougat de Montélimar, ripe yellow peach and plum. On the palate, the wine flows almost oily, the late harvest or almost Auslese characteristics give texture and aromatic volume, a stable acid backbone provides support. A powerful wine, very suitable for food pairing.
