Tasting Notes
Spicy and also clearly supported by wood, asparagus, roasted sesame. On the palate it shows with great fullness, the almost viscous suppleness is lined with generous phenolics, firm but integrated acidity. Good aromatic complexity, very good ageing potential. A very complete Stein-Silvaner with a tactile, mineral finish.
More about the tastingTakes its time before notes of Bavarian cream and smoky nuances create the fragrance. Less modest on the palate: youthful, juicy, piquant. Immediately and persistently present thanks to ripe phenols and gripping acidity.
