The red wine Impresario, vintage 2009 from the winery Weingut Kerschbaum has been rated in 2011 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Merlot, Blaufränkisch from the region Central Burgenland in Austria.
A dark ruby red, with a black core, purple hues, a subtle brightening on the rim. Dark berry fruit, fresh herbs, oak, a hint of liquorice, candied orange zest, ripe plum. Juicy, fresh wild berry confit, harmonious, a refined extract and sweetness, very well integrated tannins, very good length, sweet fruit on the finish, chocolate in the aftertaste, strong ageing potential.
