Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Balsamic savouriness on the nose, ripe dark fruit, cherries and currants, some smoked meat and crushed juniper berries. The "Fumé" starts softly on the palate with a texture underpinned by mild acidity, accented by the beautiful spice. Some chocolate with the ripe cherry fruit, smooth tannin, the wood is already well integrated. Has fullness, vitality, charm and length.
