Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

The colour is deep dark red with purple reflections. The aroma of the cuvée is characterised by black cherries and an ethereal note of rosemary and eucalyptus. The composition is complemented by the gentle, floral scent of peonies. Noticeable wood and a fine sweetish note on the palate. The medium acidity keeps the overall impression fresh and gluggable. A successful blind date, I would say.
