The red wine »Sonnenstrahl« Heilbronn Wartberg Lemberger GG, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Kistenmacher & Hengerer has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
It has aromas of ripe blackberry, mulberry and black cherry, accompanied by notes of gentle smoke and a little lovage. The palate reveals a lovely signature and very sensitively orchestrated power, the tannins are flattering, and the acidity subtle. It is an elegant Lemberger with good length.
