Piquant, savoury aromas of grated lime peel, red grapefruit, peach and fine mint, with some hot stone emerging too. On the palate there's fresh tension and drive thanks to the lively acidity and grippy citrus fruit laid over a mineral base. It's juicy and finely chiselled, with good length and great maturity.
More about the tastingRestrained nose with elegant and classic Riesling fruit, pomelo, lemon zest, netted melon, delicately spicy mustard. The acidity on the palate is light-footed and fresh, the taste slightly tart, dry, the body is very lean, yet with plenty of extract.
