Super expressive nose with cereal and woody aromas, dried meat, as well as notes of coffee and matured balsamic vinegar. Despite its bottle ageing, the tannins are still quite vivid, very high density, it still has potential!
More about the tastingAromas of cherry, blackberry, cedar wood, light smokiness, minerality and a little thyme on the nose. Lively acidity on the palate, gripping tannin structure, but well supported by the acidity. Spicy, powerful and dry finish.
