Tasting Notes
On the nose there is a hint of balsamic character, along with a red peach aroma, and some minerality. On the palate the pithy acidity is currently somewhat isolated behind viscose fruit layers. The wine still seems very closed but has what it takes to ignite the spice supercharger at some point.
