Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, pale straw yellow. Subtle hints of light honey and beeswax, hay, yellow stone fruit on the nose, with a slight aftertaste of wet stone. Opens smoothly and meekly on the palate, builds slowly but decisively full-bodied, densely woven, with emphasis and a delicate bitterness on the finish.
