Tasting Notes
Well integrated wood, mountain bay leaf, juniper, first ripe savouriness. Light bodied sweetness, lots of texture and thus well embedded grainy, ripe tannins. Backing fire, but not drying. Lots of volume and softly staged extract. Very good length and even mineral notes, in aromatic complexity only at the very beginning of its evolutions.
