Fir twigs, truffle notes, milk chocolate. The wine opens supple and even slightly viscous, then condenses into a grippy tannin core that is no longer astringent due to the seven years of maturation, the seamlessly integrated acidity takes away the heaviness of the underlying texture and alcoholic power, strong tactile mineral notes and an elegant juiciness allow the wine to finish with outstanding homogeneity and length.
