Sweet cherry and chocolate on the nose, well-integrated oak, also "wild" spontaneous fermentation notes, sloe and maraschino cherry. On the palate, it is dense in a calm way, very fresh, well-juiced tannins in large quantities, a thread of acidity as if drawn with a ruler, and chalky-mineral tactile finish motifs.
