Dark ruby-garnet color, opaque core, violet highlights, delicate lightening at the rim. Hints of heart cherries, a touch of cranberries, some nougat and orange zest, a delicately spicy bouquet. Tight, well-structured, red berry jam, a hint of dark chocolate, ripe tannins, heart cherries on the finish, already developed, good length, a versatile food pairing.
