Tasting Notes
Ripe fruit on the nose, dried raspberry and strawberry, raisin, potpourri of flowers, rose, violet, leaves, dried herbs, lovage, dill, tobacco box. Smooth and powerful on the palate, lively acidity and noticeable tannins give the fruit structure, perfect with braised meats.
More about the tastingThe nose reveals an initial maturity with notes reminiscent of roasted coffee, fig and herbal candy. On the palate, the wine is characterised by distinctive tannins that are still firm and almost austere. Acidity and alcohol are well integrated. The wine is still too young.
