Bright amber. Mature and idiosyncratic nose of forest floor and truffles, with hints of dashi broth, fermented notes, sesame oil, seaweed leaves and hibiscus. Powerful start with 14%. Dry, with pithy tannins and a spicy, bitter grip that gives it backbone. Mint and eucalyptus on the finish. Full of character, with a somewhat drying finish.
