Tasting Notes
On the nose: peach, beeswax, Boskop apple and medicinal undertones. The palate is characterised by Riesling-like acidity, the mousse is fresh and persistent, the appropriately (and carefully) placed sweetness and the strong substance give body. Pointed and mineral, purist.
